In short-form video the decision to keep watching happens within seconds and repeats throughout the clip. A long video can afford setup; a Short cannot. The review therefore focuses on what holds attention: the first line, the implicit promise, how fast information is delivered and how the video ends.

  Whether the opening delivers a promise instead of an intro.

• Structure

  One idea at a time, with progression to the end.

• Pacing

  Slow stretches, long pauses, repeated points.

• Clarity

  Whether a first-time viewer gets it immediately.

• Narration

  How direct the transcribed speech is.

• Ending

  Whether the close reinforces the idea and suggests a next step.

Platform metrics such as views, impressions or click-through rate are not estimated. Those numbers only exist inside YouTube.

Run the analysis before publishing, fix the item flagged as the biggest weakness first, and re-run it if the cut changed significantly. After publishing, compare the AI review with your retention curve: when both point at the same moment, you found a pattern worth fixing in the next videos.
